Mote Hajimirzaei

Motahareh ‘Mote’ Hajimirzaei joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2012. She is the Retail Specialist at Hocker & Associates and is currently involved brokering in retail sales, leasing and land development in the greater Oklahoma markets.

Mote is a graduate of Putnam City North High School. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from The Gaylord School of Journalism at The University of Oklahoma in May of 2009. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, she worked as an Events Coordinator at a boutique hotel in the East Village of Manhattan. She also functioned as the Public Relations Director of the luxury lifestyle publication, Social Life Magazine. Her work allowed her to split her time and familiarize herself with both New York City and the Hamptons. Mote fulfilled her passion for writing by freelancing at Condé Nast. She’s written for SELF Magazine and has been published digitally as well as in retail.

Along with her expertise in Hospitality Management and Public Relations, Mote brings to the company her previous experience in retail and office property management. She returned to Oklahoma City in 2011and began working in such capacity at Concept Ventures, LLC where she was responsible for both operations and leasing.

Mote is currently a member of the Junior League of Oklahoma City and is pursuing both CCIM designation and ICSC certification.
